What a phone call to us actually hands over, which isn't much, and everything it leaves alone.

The reason Amarillo Porta Potty keeps these pages online is simple: somebody near Amarillo needs a porta potty price and a phone. No cart, no login and no web form waits here; whatever you need next, it comes down to a call to (806) 203-6366.
On the call you hand us a delivery address, the dates you're eyeing and a rough head count. That's what books and services your rental, and it goes nowhere beyond that.
The server this site sits on keeps the ordinary technical entries — IP address, browser type, the pages that opened — to hold off abuse and stay up, and any traffic it tallies rolls into totals instead of pointing at one visitor.
Our own cookies sit somewhere between few and none; when a page shows a map it calls out to Google Maps, and some layouts pull type from Google Fonts, each one handed only what it needs to render. Turn cookies off and the phone number is still there waiting to be dialed.
A fulfillment partner takes the call and drops your delivery onto the schedule, so a real person owns the order. The order is all they ever see; nothing about you is sold, leased or shared for another party's purposes.
Texas residents can ask what booking details we're holding and have them fixed or deleted, with the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act behind that right. We work phone-only and keep records thin, so there's rarely much on file — call (806) 203-6366 and we'll sort it.
This site is meant for adults setting up rentals, not for children, and we don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13.
When we revise this policy, the date at the top moves to match, and the new wording is in force the moment it posts.
Questions on any of this go fastest by phone: (806) 203-6366. For the record, our mailing address on file is 5212 Tulip Ave, Amarillo, TX 79110.
Everything on this page is here as general information, not as legal advice. Amarillo Porta Potty is the trade name the website's operator does business under.
A single call to (806) 203-6366 covers the drop, the service rounds and the pickup across Amarillo and the surrounding Texas area.
